Princess Magnolia(or Claire as her subjects call her) is near her palace. This place is said to be royal palace in Moonstone City where her parents rule; she normally will come out of her castle to smell the flowers. However she isn't near her palace all the time; she normally helps out her people in the villages. So you might night see her around but she does come often.
